We are expanding and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining a high level of awareness about our services while building long-term relationships with clients in Austria and Germany.

Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in the B2B segment.
- Fluent German language skills (mandatory requirement), B2-level English.
- Knowledge of the labor market and industry specifics in European countries, especially Austria and Germany, is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work according to goals and deadlines.
- Skill in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Openness to learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Actively search and attract potential clients in the field of worker leasing in Austria and Germany.
- Make phone calls, send emails, and conduct presentations for interested clients.
- Develop and present tailored proposals for clients based on their needs and requirements.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction with our services.
- Participate in negotiations and agreements with new clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape in the industry.
