Recruiting manager (recruiter)

We are looking for a passionate person with good communication skills to join our recruitment team. If you have some experience in recruiting or sales - it will be an advantage. We're mostly looking for a person who can easily communicate and is willing to learn and develop.

We are a Ukrainian-Croatian employment company. We provide official and stable employment for workers in Europe. Starting from 2022, we are successfully expanding our business to Germany and Austria. We specialize in employment of citizens of Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and EU countries. We not only help candidates find the right job, but also provide them with support throughout the entire process of employment and work.

You will be perfect for us, if:
You are from Azerbaijan (preferably Baku)
You have experience in recruiting personnel or sales (but it's not necessary)
You have good communication skills
You can communicate in russian and/or English level
You are not afraid to do tasks that are completely new to you
You want to learn, develop and earn good money

Your tasks:

Personnel selection: from receiving an application to making an offer
Active interaction with candidates and organizing interviews with the HR manager
As you grow with us, you will take other responsibilities
