Design, construction and repair of buildings and structures, as well as planning, organization and coordination of construction works
Work with design, costs estimate and executive documentation
Quality control of materials and work performed by construction crews
Implementation of measures to prevent emergency situations at the facility
Control of the object from the technical part, purchase of necessary materials
Control, coordination of the work of builders on the site
Maintenance of technical documentation

How does employment works?
To work in Europe, you need a foreign biometric passport and a certificate of no criminal record with an apostille. Since we are a Ukrainian-Croatian company, we make a Croatian iD-card for you, with which you can continuously stay in Croatia for 1 year (with subsequent renewal).
In order to come to Croatia, we send you an official invitation to work on the basis of which you open a visa to Croatia.

Getworker is a Croatian-Ukrainian company specializing in promoting employment opportunities in Europe. All documents are prepared in accordance with the laws of Croatia and the European Union. Before starting work, we sign an employment contract with the employee, where all details are indicated. That way, you know exactly what terms you're agreeing to.
Since our company is based in Croatia, we provide a Croatian ID card, which grants you the ability to live and work officially in Croatia for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
For Germany and other European countries, we provide Croatian A1 work visa, which allows you to stay and work legally in EU for 2 years (with further extension).

To be employed in Europe, there are several documents you will need:
- A foreign biometric passport.
- A certificate of non-conviction, translated into English and certified with an apostille.
- Croatian work visa (since we are a Ukrainian-Croatian company, all documents are prepared for Croatia).
Since we are a Ukrainian-Croatian company, all documents are prepared for Croatia. (For Germany we prepare for you a Croatian A1 visa). In order to officially come and work in Europe, you need to get a Croatian visa.
For this you need:
1. Go to website https://crovisa.mvep.hr and fill out the complete application for a long-term visa "D" (not for Schengen visa) and then print it out and sign it (the application is available in several languages).
2. Visa need a photo (like for a biometric passport), which means in color, size 4.5 x 3.5 cm with a white background and the size of the head in the photo between 70-80%.
3. Decision on approved residence and work permit from the MUP of the Republic of Croatia (we provide it for you).
4. Employment contract with the company (we provide it for you).
5. Confirmation of accommodation upon arrival in the Republic of Croatia (we provide it for you).
6. Travel health insurance in the value of EUR 30 with a delay of 30 to 40 days from the date of submission of the application.
7. Certificate of non-conviction, translated into English and certified with an apostille.
8. Confirmation of payment of the consular fee to the account of this Embassy in the amount of 93 euros or payment in local currency at the visa center. If they decide to pay to the VRH account, they must take with them a certificate of payment of the consular fee.

After that, you will go to the local clinic, where you will pass a medical examination and you will receive medical insurance for 1 year.
With the help of the coordinator, you will open a bank account where you will receive your salary on the same day of each month.
Finally, you can start working. Our manager will always be ready to help you in any matter!

Yes! It's necessary to know English or Russian language for employment in Croatia. Also, we provide Croatian language courses for personal study.
